American Senior Communities in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a Medical Records/Staff Development Coordinator role led by an RN to enhance infection prevention and staff education programs.

The position conducts education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, quality assurance audits, and assists with hiring, championing CARE values, staff engagement, and growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.
• CDC Infection Preventionist Training or advanced IP training.
• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, families, customers and staff.

Responsabilités

• Conduct education, skills competencies, training and clinical observations.
• Perform quality assurance audits as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with new employee hiring and staff growth initiatives.
• Champion employee recognition and retention programs and advocate growth.
