Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and 3 years of active nursing experience.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, TNCC and First Aid certifications are required or preferred.
• Current RN license in Iowa and ability to obtain Infection Control certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors operating and capital budgets for the department.
• Leads hospital‑wide infection control program including surveillance and reporting.
• Collaborates with leadership to educate staff and coordinate programs across departments.
• Oversees infection control committee and coordinates with Medical Staff and departments.
