Job summary

Marquis Companies is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Resident Care Manager In-Training Program in the Portland area. This paid, full-time program trains nurses before they assume a full RCM role, coordinating with physicians and care teams to support residents’ quality of life and care needs.

During training, you will learn Marquis nursing systems and EMR procedures, with rotations across shifts to understand day-to-day operations in a Post-Acute Rehab facility.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Oregon RN license.
• 1+ year RN experience with supervisory exposure.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for senior care and collaborative teamwork.
• Strong computer and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with physicians and providers to manage resident care.
• Coordinate resident assessments (MDS) and care plans.
• Support day-to-day clinical operations with EMR training.
• Lead or assist in nursing rounds and resident care discussions.
