Qualifications

• Previous professional nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients throughout the course of care.
• Provide nursing interventions according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.
• Monitor vital signs and recognize significant changes in patient condition.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment.
• Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain professional and compassionate communication with patients.
