The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, compassionate patient interaction, and a commitment to confidentiality. Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, and prior RN experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Current Ohio RN license (Ohio Board of Nursing).
• BLS certification (required).
• ACLS certification (required after orientation for applicable departments).
• Previous RN experience preferred.
• Must meet unit-specific qualifications and demonstrate required skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-skilled healthcare team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and comprehensive patient care.
• Independently assess patient needs and make sound clinical decisions to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Perform duties outlined in the Registered Nurse Equipment/Skills checklist.
• Provide compassionate care while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality.
• Deliver courteous, accurate, and timely service to patients and families.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support the healthcare team and improve patient outcomes.
