Arcadia Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment. The role offers $40-$45 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of $7,500 and opportunities for growth, training and development under supportive leadership.

The RN will conduct residents assessments, develop care plans with healthcare professionals, coordinate with IDT to optimize outcomes, supervise CNAs and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication.
• Exemplary leadership skills.
