Arcadia-Ltc- is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment in Illinois. The position offers an hourly salary of $40–$45, with opportunities for full-time, part-time or PRN schedules and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities include resident assessments, care plan development with other healthcare professionals, coordination with IDT, supervision of CNAs and ensuring compliance with IDPH/CMS standards.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication.
• Exemplary leadership skills.
