Arcadia-Ltc- is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based setting in Illinois. The role offers a pay range of $40-$45 per hour, with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules and opportunities for professional growth.

The RN will conduct resident assessments, develop care plans with other healthcare professionals, coordinate with IDT, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH and CMS standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Illinois.
• LTC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Knowledge of IDPH/CMS standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and monitor health status.
• Develop and update care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with IDT to optimize outcomes.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure quality of care.
• Ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS regulations.
