Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Effectively carries out medication management to ensure adequate supplies and proper handling.
- Notify physician and family of significant changes in resident health promptly.
- Report incidents, accidents, and adverse events to leadership promptly.
- Document, investigate, and address incidents and grievances per policy and regulations.
- Uphold residents' rights and ensure confidentiality of health information.
