Journey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio to join our healthcare team and deliver compassionate patient care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with a dedicated care team.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree, an active RN license in the practicing state, and CPR certification. Flexibility for full- and part-time shifts in a long-term care setting is preferred; we offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted RN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Directs daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurse and certified nursing assistants according to regulations and facility policies.
• Follows nursing model to promote holistic resident care.
• Ensures policies and procedures are complied with by nursing personnel.
• Participates in admission, discharge, and transfers of residents as required.
• Assesses changes in residents’ status and notifies physician and family; documents accordingly.
• Transcribes physician orders to medical record and carries out orders as written.
