Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners provides in-home nursing care to former atomic energy workers in Texas. As an RN, you deliver skilled, one-on-one care directly in patients' homes, supported by a nurse-led team focused on dignity and outcomes.

Compensation depends on experience, with a $3/hr shift differential for nights and weekends. We offer PTO, full-time health benefits, a 401(k), EAP, and opportunities for training and growth within home care. Amarillo, TX is the posting location.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in TX.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.
