Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Denver, CO is seeking an RN to deliver skilled, one-on-one home health care to former atomic energy workers. You’ll join a nurse-led, mission-driven team that prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

This full-time night-shift role offers $40–$54 per hour, plus a $3/hr differential for nights and weekends, with PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), EAP, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
• Develop and follow individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
