Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage in councils, governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans and collaborate with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and maintain high quality care.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units or facilities to meet patient care needs.
• Demonstrate strong communication and delegation within the team.
