Responsabilités

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to improve outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and adherence to ethics per ANA guidelines.
• May administer medications and therapies following clinical protocols.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation and supports patient safety.
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
• Demonstrates appropriate age-specific care and growth/development considerations.
