Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing care, health maintenance, teaching, counseling and rehabilitation. The role requires MA RN licensure, an associate degree (BSN preferred), and 0–1 years of related experience.

Pay ranges from $36.00 to $90.14 per hour, with eligibility for overtime, shift differentials and other pay practices as applicable. Vaccination against influenza is required for all staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Massachusetts RN licensure current.
• 0–1 years of related work experience; previous experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification or within the specified timeframe.
• Experience with computer systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Mutually formulates outcomes with the patient, family and health care team.
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to co-workers with suitable knowledge.
• Provides care per plan, delivering patient teaching as needed.
• Supports respectful, non-judgmental care that protects rights and confidentiality.
