Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing care, health maintenance, teaching and counseling. The role collaborates with physicians and the health care team to ensure quality patient care and outcomes.

The position requires an Associate degree in nursing, Massachusetts RN licensure, and appropriate certifications; BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Current Massachusetts RN licensure.
• BLS-AHA required for direct patient care, ACLS for critical care areas, and PALS for ED/float as applicable.
• 0–1 years related work experience; prior experience preferred.
• Experience with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with physicians and the health care team to plan and deliver care.
• Educate, counsel and support patients and families as part of the plan of care.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure timely completion.
