Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care and supervision of staff per shift. You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care while ensuring safety and quality across the unit.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure and relevant certifications (BLS; ACLS; PALS). A bachelor's or master's degree in nursing is preferred to support professional development.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensure/Certification: RN with current state licensure/permit.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications or requirements within specified timelines.
• CP I, NRP and other certifications may be required for Bartlett units.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care for assigned patients using a multi-disciplinary approach.
• Develops plan of care for newly admitted patients and updates as needs change.
• Delivers nursing interventions aligned with the medical plan of care.
• Performs procedures in designated specialty service areas.
• Documents nursing care accurately in patient records.
• Performs related duties as required.
