Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide patient care in an assigned clinical area and lead on the unit under supervision. You will apply clinical knowledge to ensure safety and comfort, prioritizing patient needs with sound judgment.

Formación

• Graduate from an approved professional registered nursing program.
• Current and valid Texas RN license.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association.
• 6+ months in a clinical area; 1 year KSC experience may be considered in lieu of RN experience with Sr Dir Nursing approval.
• Computer experience; able to use equipment for the assigned clinical area including CPR, oxygen administration, and IV therapy.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing; specialty nursing certification in ambulatory care; ACLS/PALS; 2+ years ambulatory care; EPIC experience; Windows-based computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to patients in the assigned clinical area.
• Provide leadership on the unit under supervision of a Nurse Supervisor or RN Coordinator.
• Apply clinical nursing knowledge to ensure patient safety and comfort according to standards.
• Use critical thinking to identify priorities and make timely care decisions.
