Capital Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care across units in a 12-hour shift environment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care and support to patients and families.

The role emphasizes patient education, care coordination, and adherence to clinical standards, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and involvement in quality improvement initiatives.

Formación

• RN license in NJ or multi-state per job posting.
• ATCN or TNCC within 1 year of hire; 8 hours Trauma CNE annually if in Trauma units.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification or obtain by orientation; 8 hours Stroke CNE annually if in Neuro/CCU units.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers quality care through the nursing process in collaboration with the care team.
• Ensures patient safety by following policies and procedures.
• Provides pain management and both pharmacological and non-pharmacological comfort measures; educates patients and families.
• Assists in discharge planning and coordinates care with other departments to maximize outcomes.
• Participates in regulatory readiness and performance improvement activities.
