Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and organize care to ensure patient and family safety and comfort.
• Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and participate in rounds and hand-offs.
• Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and standards.
