Job summary

A leading senior living organization in Centennial, Colorado, is seeking a Registered Nurse II Neighborhood/Unit Manager. The successful candidate will lead the nursing unit, manage staff scheduling, ensure compliance with regulations, and mentor team members. Candidates should have a valid RN license, preferably a BSN, and at least 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Community.
• 1–2 years of supervising and managing direct reports.
• Knowledge of Health Department regulations and federal/state surveys.

Responsibilities

• Lead care crew and orchestrate nursing care.
• Conduct pre-admission assessments and communicate with the team.
• Perform compliance audits and maintain MDS compliance.

Skills

Strong customer service skills

Fluency in English

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Education

Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of practice (BSN preferred)
