Job summary

Optum, in partnership with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, is seeking RN II for Endo/Preop/PACU at Springwoods Village. You'll provide nursing care in an assigned unit, adhering to the Texas Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards. This role offers opportunities to expand knowledge in specialty areas and contribute to high-quality patient care. Requires ASN or higher, Texas RN license, BLS, and 2+ years in PACU/Pre-OP/Endoscopy; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher required.
• Texas RN license required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• 2+ years RN in PACU, Pre-OP or Endoscopy.
• Work Unit: Single Unit.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in an assigned unit.
• Practice in accordance with the Texas Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
• Balance dependent and interdependent decision making while expanding specialty knowledge.
