Job summary

UnitedHealth Group, in partnership with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, Houston, TX, is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide nursing care in an assigned unit. The role requires an ASN or higher, TX RN license, BLS, and 2+ years in PACU/Pre-OP/Endoscopy, with basic computer skills and reliable transportation.

You will work under supervision, aligning daily activities with nursing standards and strategic initiatives, while contributing to high-quality patient care and efficient operations

Qualifications

ASN or higher nursing degree (required).
Texas RN license (required).
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
2+ years RN experience in PACU, Pre-OP or Endoscopy (required).
Work Unit: Single Unit (required).
Basic computer skills (required).
Driver's license and access to reliable transportation (required).
BSN (preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients in an assigned unit.
Adhere to Texas Nurse Practice Act and professional practice standards.
Balance dependent and interdependent decision making with supervision.
Support development of specialty areas and alignment with health system goals.
