Talented Medical Solutions in Fort Bragg, CA seeks an ER RN for a variable shift (mostly mid-shift, with night coverage). The role requires BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certification, with TNCC preferred. 36 hours per week in a coastal hospital setting.

The RN will deliver coordinated nursing care, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams while using critical thinking and independent judgment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

THIS IS AN RN ER ROLE - Variable Shift, mostly mid-shift (1300 - 0130) and occasional night shift (1900-0730), 36 hours per week, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required, TNCC preferred.

Job Summary:

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred

Acute care facility experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required

Facility Specific License/Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required

Department Specific License/Certifications: AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS: Required

AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required
