Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for night and day shifts at our Mendocino County facility in Fort Bragg, California. You will deliver coordinated nursing care and supervise assigned staff to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.

Required: RN licensed in the state, BSN preferred, CPR/BLS, PALS/NRP, ACLS, and STABLE. Vaccination compliance may apply. This role emphasizes teamwork, critical thinking, and ongoing patient education.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR and PALS/NRP certifications required.
• Acute care facility experience preferred.
• Vaccination requirement as per organizational policy.

Night Shift, Day Shift.

Job Summary:

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.


• Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Job Requirements:

• Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred


• Acute care facility experience: Preferred


• Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required


• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
