Job summary

Emanate Health is seeking a Staff RN to assume responsibility for a group of patients on a designated shift. You will coordinate and implement patient care, applying nursing skills to assess needs across biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, and education factors.

You will work within the unit's standard of care to develop, implement, and revise the plan of care, ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate delivery of services to diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California RN license and BLS; ACLS within 3 months of hire/transfer.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification required within three months for ICH/FPH roles.
• Annual one hour of Stroke Education required for those at QVH.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement patient care for assigned patients.
• Utilize nursing skills to assess biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care and education needs.
• Develop, implement and revise the plan of care in collaboration with the care team.
