Job summary

The Staff RN at Emanate Health is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility for a group of patients for a designated time frame. He/she coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on the assigned units.

California RN license is required; BLS and ACLS are needed within three months. One year of critical care is preferred. We value compassionate, safe, high-quality care delivered by a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Must hold/maintain California RN license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within three months.
• Stroke certification (NIHSS) within three months for ICH/FPH units.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care for a group of patients on assigned units.
• Coordinate and implement patient care plans using nursing skills.
• Assess biophysical, psychosocial, environmental and educational needs to revise the care plan.
• Be available to work every other weekend.
