Job summary

Emanate Health in California is seeking an experienced Staff Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care for a defined group of patients across assigned units. You will coordinate and implement patient care tailored to the age and needs of the patient population, ensuring safety and quality in line with unit standards.

The role requires California RN license, BLS, ACLS within 3 months, NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 3 months for ICH/FPH, and availability every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of California.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS required within three months of hire/transfer.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification 'A' required within three months for ICH/FPH roles.
• One year critical care experience preferred.
• New Grad / re-entry / US system entrants must complete the RN New Grad Program.
• Availability to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame.
• Coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served.
• Ensures quality care is provided safely and efficiently in line with unit standards.
• Utilizes nursing skills to assess needs and revise the plan of care.
