Job summary

Emanate Health seeks an experienced Staff RN to provide dedicated care within our California units. The role emphasizes patient-centered assessment, planning, and coordination across care teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Candidates must hold a CA RN license, maintain BLS, complete ACLS within three months, and obtain NIH Stroke Scale A certification within three months for relevant sites. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current California RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within three months of hire/transfer.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification A required within three months of hire/transfer for ICH/FPH sites.
• Must be available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient care for designated age groups.
• Ensure safe, high-quality care aligned with unit standards.
• Utilize nursing skills to assess and plan care with patient/family involvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to implement and revise care plans.
