Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking an experienced RN to join the nursing team as a clinical RN II with a focus on leadership and quality care. The role involves serving as a charge nurse, leading teams on a daily basis, and participating in NGMC committees and councils to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license in Georgia, ADN or Diploma, and at least 1 year of RN experience, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Georgia.
• Associate Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience and demonstrated competence.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a charge nurse ensuring cost-effective, safe patient care.
• Lead teams in daily practice and participate in NGMC committee/council activities.
• Role model healthy work environment and effective communication with colleagues and patients.
• Support shared governance, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
• Mentor students, nurse residents, and experienced nurses as needed.
