MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center is seeking an RN II for the Cardiac Surgery Clinic in the Todd Cancer Pavilion. The role provides nurse-led patient care across the inpatient/outpatient setting, following the nursing process and established standards.

The RN must hold CA licensure, CPR/BLS, and a BSN, with at least one year in cardiac surgery or related outpatient care. This full-time day-shift opportunity features competitive pay and MemorialCare benefits.

• A current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR & AED) certification is required.
• A BSN degree is required unless waived by Nurse Executive Council review.
• At least one year nursing experience in cardiac surgery or similar surgical practice in an outpatient clinic associated with an acute care hospital setting.

Position Summary:

The RN, Registered Nurse 8-Hr provides safe, cost-effective patient care through the health experience, according to established standards utilizing the nursing process, within the scope of practice of Registered Nursing, for the Cardiac Surgery Clinic located in the Todd Cancer Pavilion at MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Minimum Requirements:
