Job summary

Responsibilities include admission assessments, medication administration, documentation, prompt response to patient needs, and patient-family education. Requires 6 months RN acute care experience and BLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 6 months RN acute care experience required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license or nursing credential as required by the state

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during each shift.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps
