Job summary

Qualifications

• Twelve months RN experience in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare team.
• Completion of HM Chemotherapy course within 90 days of hire/transfer (applies to hires after 9/21/25).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and assessments per patient needs.
• Lead and collaborate with interprofessional teams to coordinate care and ensure safety.
• Mentor students or new staff; participate in unit-based governance initiatives.
• Maintain accurate medical records and contribute to care plans and discharge planning.
