Job summary

Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS) in Vermont seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide nursing oversight for five licensed residential facilities serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The RN will supervise medication procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and support residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Vermont.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide nursing oversight and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing oversight to five licensed residential facilities serving IDD.
• Provide nursing consultation, training, monitoring and delegation of medication procedures to facility staff.
• Complete Resident Assessments per licensing regulations and develop care plans.
• Develop and monitor nursing care protocols for the Licensed Residential Program.
