Job summary

Community Care Network is seeking a Registered Nurse at North End Ranch Developmental Services in Rutland, VT to provide nursing services oversight in the residential program. The RN coordinates medical care, trains direct care staff, ensures compliance with medical interventions and regulatory requirements, and collaborates with the Medical Director to deliver high‑quality, person‑centered care.

Qualifications

• RN license and two+ years nursing experience.
• Must have CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and reassessments per facility regulations.
• Provide ongoing nursing oversight and develop individualized care plans.
• Train and supervise residential staff on nursing tasks and med administration.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and other professionals for medical and mental health services.
• Oversee medication management and documentation in EMR/eMAR systems.
• Educate staff on PRN management and infection control practices.
• Assist with admissions and coordinate care across services as needed.
