Protouch Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts to coordinate medical and psychiatric care for individuals with IDD in community-based residential settings. The role ensures regulatory compliance and quality care across multidisciplinary teams.

The RN will manage appointment scheduling, records, and care plans, while training residential staff on conditions, meds, and protocols. Strong communication with families and providers is essential for successful care transitions.

Formación

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• MAP experience or MAP certification/trainer preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate medical, dental, and psychiatric appointments and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, medication documentation, and care plans.
• Review medical reports and treatment plans from providers.
• Train residential staff on medical conditions, medications, and care procedures.
• Communicate changes in health with families, guardians, and teams.
• Develop care protocols for prospective admissions.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies.
• Participate in QA activities and care planning meetings.
