Job summary

Mercy is seeking a registered nurse in Missouri (Joplin) to deliver patient care per the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework. You will coordinate care with other departments and uphold patient rights and confidentiality while aligning with Mercy Service Standards.

The role emphasizes nursing process, accountability, and collaboration to improve patient outcomes in a compassionate, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current RN license in the appropriate state or compact licensure and must meet state board requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain professional accountability.
• Evaluate and coordinate overall care with other departments while protecting patient rights and confidentiality.

• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
