Job summary

Mercy in Joplin, MO is seeking registered nurses to provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, with accountability and collaboration across departments.

This role features a sign-on bonus, day-one benefits, tuition reimbursement, relocation assistance, PTO, retirement plans, shift differentials and an active Clinical Ladder for career growth. No contract and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• RN nursing degree required.
• Current RN license in state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain accountability for care delivered.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of care by other direct caregivers and coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Ensures patient rights and confidentiality of information; upholds Mercy Service Standards.

Position Details:

*Sign on Bonus for both New Grads & Experienced RN's*
NO CONTRACT

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school

• License: Current RN license in our state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements

• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
