Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated RN to provide patient-centered care within our nursing framework and processes. You will maintain patient rights and confidentiality while coordinating care with other departments to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibility includes evaluating care effectiveness and upholding Mercy Service Standards. Eligible candidates will hold a nursing degree and an active RN license in the required state, with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Maintain professional accountability for patient care and patient rights and confidentiality.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and evaluate the overall effectiveness of care.
• Uphold Mercy Service Standards and contribute to the clinical ladder where applicable.

Position Details:

Qualifications:

Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school

License: Current RN license in our state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements

Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
