Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the ICU in Highland Park, IL. This full-time night shift (7pm-7:30am) includes rotating weekends and a 36-hour work week, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

The role requires IL nursing licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and 1 year of hospital nursing experience is preferred. BSN degree is preferred. Benefits and competitive hourly pay are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• _ Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October. _

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required

• Education: BSN degree preferred

• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required

• Experience: Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred
