Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced RN – ICU in Highland Park, IL for a full-time role with a 36-hour work week. Shift is 7:00 am to 7:30 pm with rotating weekends.

You will provide nursing care across patient populations, using the nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate care, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Required IL nursing licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience preferred; BSN degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• BSN degree preferred
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

Hourly Pay Range

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

What You Will Need

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
