Role Details

Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

The ICU RN provides complex care for critically ill patients, conducting focused and comprehensive assessments, closely monitoring changing conditions, administering medications and advanced therapies, and responding rapidly to clinical needs. The nurse coordinates care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team while supporting patients and families with compassion and clear communication.

• Must possess and maintain current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or within six (6) months from date of hire
• Must possess and maintain current Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) certification or within 1 year of date of hire
