UnityPoint Health is seeking dedicated, highly skilled Registered Nurses to join the Emergency Department team at Finley Hospital in Dubuque. This role offers the opportunity to provide rapid assessment, stabilization, and lifesaving care for patients experiencing urgent and emergent conditions. An ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, adaptability, clear communication, and the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.

Open position: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)

Sign-on bonus: $10,000

Role Details

The Emergency Department RN rapidly triages and assesses patients, initiates urgent interventions, administers medications and treatments, and continuously monitors for changes in condition. The nurse works closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver timely, coordinated care while supporting patients and families through high-stress situations with compassion and clear communication.
