Qualifications

• 1 year of IMC/ICU Experience Preferred
• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year

Responsibilities

• Organizes and provides nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
• Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia Health and meets regulatory requirements.
