Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse to join a 392-bed acute care hospital in Florida. You will provide care for critically ill patients on night shifts with rotating weekends, while documenting care and coordinating education for families.

Active Florida RN license required; Nursing Diploma or ASN (BSN preferred); minimum 1 year ICU experience; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS within 6 months. Competitive pay and sign-on bonus offered.

• Cancer, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery programs
• Large team: 350+ physicians, 1,300+ staff

Schedule

• Full-time
• Night shifts
• Rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Manage care for critically ill ICU patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications per physician orders
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain and review medical records

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN (BSN preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $33 – $46/hour (based on experience)
