Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an ICU RN to care for critically ill cardiac patients in a Cardiovascular ICU in Florida. Night shifts with rotating weekends, offering competitive pay and extensive benefits.

Required ADN with BSN preferred, Florida/compact license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Sign-on and relocation assistance may be provided case-by-case, with comprehensive medical and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year recent ICU RN experience (within last 2–3 years) or 2+ years PCU experience.
• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License; must convert to Florida license within 60 days.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS within 30 days; ACLS within 90 days.

Patient Care Includes

• Ventilator management
• IV drips:
• Vasoactive medications
• Sedation drips
• Intensive cardiac monitoring

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

Experience

Either:

• 1+ year recent ICU RN experience (within last 2–3 years)
  OR
