This night-shift RN position offers a 1:2–3 patient ratio, rotating weekends, competitive hourly pay with night and specialty differentials, a $15k sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• 1+ year ICU/ER/CVICU experience (or 2+ yrs PCU/IMCU)
• Active RN License (FL or Compact)
• BLS & ACLS (within required timeframe)
• Associate degree required

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to ICU patients (vented, cardiac, pulmonary, trauma)
• Perform clinical assessments and manage treatments independently
• Educate patients & families
• Advocate for patient safety and quality care

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary: $29 – $39/hr (based on experience)
• Night Differential: +$4.25/hr
• Specialty Differential: +$1.50/hr
• Relocation Assistance (case by case)
