Mass General Brigham in Boston, MA seeks an experienced ICU nurse to interpret patient plans, assess clinical decisions, and ensure safe, competent nursing care. You will provide individualized care and evaluate outcomes for groups of patients.
The role requires an ADN or BSN, an MA RN license, and 0–1 year of ICU experience. Onsite work at 90 Blossom Street with 36 hours weekly and rotating shifts.

Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients. Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

This is an opportunity to work in our Adult ICU's. 36 hours per week with weekend and holiday requirements. You must have at least 1 full year of ICU experience.
