PeaceHealth is hiring an RN for the CVICU at Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, WA. This full-time night shift role offers 0.90 FTE and requires critical care experience, WA RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, NIHSS within 6 months, and CCRN preferred.

About the Role:

As an CVICU RN at PeaceHealth, you'll play a vital role in delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to critically ill patients. You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs, ensuring accurate documentation and collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team. This full-time (0.90 FTE) night shift position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families. This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 36 months) continuous critical care RN experience.
• Credentials: Registered Nurse - Washington or MSL, BLS and ACLS at hire, NIHSS Certification (within 6 months of hire), CCRN Certification (Preferred)
• Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of age-specific principles of growth and development, ability to promote positive interpersonal relationships, ability to support medical center philosophy and procedures, basic computer skills.
