Qualifications

  • Active RN License required with BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting.
  • Make rapid clinical decisions to stabilize patients.
  • Care for trauma, post-CABG, post-TAVR and general post-surgical ICU cases.
  • Operate or monitor ICU equipment as needed (e.g., balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia systems, ECMO).
  • Maintain patient ratios (typically 1:2, 1:1 for high acuity) and participate in trauma care priorities.
